Mechanical
HVAC design and installation, ventilation, smoke exhaust and indoor climate control, including spaces held at a set temperature and humidity.
Plumbing and Public Health
Water supply and distribution, sanitary drainage, wastewater and stormwater, water and sewage treatment, and swimming pool systems.
Fire and Life Safety
Fire suppression and detection, including Novec systems, and the life-safety installations that go with them.
Electrical and ELV
Medium- and low-voltage power, lighting, UPS, earthing and lightning protection; CCTV, access control, fire alarm, audio-visual, data and communication systems.
Smart and Sustainable
Building management systems, KNX/EIB integration and automation, energy management and efficiency audits.
Lifecycle Support
Maintenance, inspections, system upgrades and technical support after handover.
